Words I found in my biology textbook

My favorite: cud. It doesn't really have to do with the other words on this list, I just like it.

Cleavage (yeah, it's talking about it in scientific terms, something about cells dividing, but still)
Penis
Vagina
Pregnancy (ya know, don't they think most high schoolers would know these words by now?)

I suppose I'll stop for now. I may make another list another day.
Can you believe it? There are only about two months left of school!! My first year of high school, gone! This basically means that half my high school career is gone already!!

My logic:
Freshman...naive, ignorant, no idea what's going on year
Sophomore...you're cool, you know what you're supposed to do, and it's the best year to enjoy your high school life!
Junior...suddenly, your high school life is barreling past you, being just one more grade until college. To top that, much of your year is consumed with exams and the anxiety of picking a college. Basically stress year.
Senior...youve got it good. You take classes for your personal benefit, not to fulfill any college requirements, since you've already been accepted into a college. The thing is, the time until you graduate is getting smaller and smaller with each day, and you worry about if you'll fit in at your new college, and then that gets you thinking about what will happen after college (will I have a job?) , etc, etc...

So, basically, the high school years go from confusing, enjoyable, stressful, and worrying. Wonderful life.

Story idea 2

Yeah, yeah, why am I suddenly writing my story ideas on here? BECAUSE. Well, this one is kinda lame, and is just there because I wanted a twins romance, so yah...

This is actually around ten little story ideas that I combined to make a bigger, more complete, and really weird story idea...

So, there are two sets of twins at an astronaut academy in the future. Don't ask me why. One set is blonde, the other is brown haired, and the main character is the girl in the blonde set. It starts out when they begin going to the school and begin training.

So, blonde girl saves brunette girl from something, and brunette girl suddenly looks up to her, but doesn't realize that blonde girl has a twin, so whenever brunette girl sees blonde BOY, then she thinks that it is blonde girl. Basically, she thinks that blonde girl is really a male that sometimes cross dresses. she also thinks its kinda intimidating to approach blonde boy (who she thinks is also blonde girl), maybe because she's scared of boys? And instead hangs around blonde girl, because in "his" girl form, "he" is more approachable.

During this time, blonde boy actually falls for brunette girl, and tells blonde girl. Also, brunette boy will hardly be mentioned as a main character, but he is actually falling for blonde girl. Yah, twin romance, see? Well...ahem, one day brunette girl confesses to blonde girl...yeah, ahem...but this is because she really likes blonde girl's personality, and thinks that she's actually a boy. Don't worry, she's straight. Well, after being confessed to, blonde girl immediately rejects brunette girl, and says that blonde boy likes brunette girl, and yeah, brunette girl immediately switches over to loving blonde boy (because they're twins, they have nearly identical personalities), who is delighted.

Then, the moment of suspense! (not really) brunette boy wraps his arms around blonde girl, and says, "since they're so compatible with each other, it means we should be too, right?" (or something similar). Actually, blonde girl despises brunette boy, so there's a difference in personality. She turns red because she's being choked by his arm around her neck, and he actually thinks she's blushing. Ok, thats great, you can fantasize what happens from there...

Actually, now it's brunette boy chasing after blonde girl, with the other two supporting them, and brunette boy keeps asking blonde girl what the answer to his question is (he asked her out), and then they get to go on a trip to space!!

It is a very luxurious space ship (it's the future, so no need to hold back!), and they go as apprentices to the senior astronauts. There are two official seniors (when I say senior, I mean real astronauts that have already graduated from the academy and such), who teach piloting and management of the spaceship to the brunette twins. The blonde girl is the exception, because she is being the senior to her brother. This is because they are computer programming geniuses (in this future world, computer programming is how basically everything is run. (Actually, the space ship they are going on is using new, high tech stuff, but because it's so high tech, they haven't yet managed to make a simple control panel for it, so often in this future world, a computer programmer is taken along to control the equipment) The blonde boy was sick for a while and missed a lot of classes, so is learning everything from his sister, who has nearly surpassed her teachers already.

So yeah, I don't think I'll ever write this. But it's a fun concept to think about. Partly cuz the blonde girl is based on me, and it would be really interesting to have an astronaut academy. Oh yeah, the twins never cross dress. Ever. People just think they do. And the brunette boy's name is Kieran/Kieren, etc, etc, lots of variations.

There was something else...oh well...

Names

Oh yes, a few random names I made up.

Merrin, which sounds somewhat similar to Mellin, which is pronounced Melon!! Yah!!

Story idea

Hmmm...I'm gonna add to my wish list. I dunno which final fantasy I wrote on the other post, but I think I wrote the wrong one. Well, I'm gonna get final fantasy crystal chronicles: rings of fate and echoes of time.

Oh, yah, the story idea...
Guy working at supermarket is confronted by a little girl, who tells him "I have no parents."
He thinks she means that she lost her parents, so goes on the intercom to ask for her parents. The strange thing is, she can't tell him who her parents are, even though she's ten or so. She may or may not tell him her name to use.

When no parents come, he takes her to the police station after his shift, and they realize that she is anemic (right, when you forget everything?) and think that she is an orphan, and discuss sending her to an orphanage. The little girl enters the room the boy and the officers are talking in, and runs up to the boy and hugs him, apparently quite attached to him already. She refuses to go with the officers, and they ask the boy if it would be okay for her to stay with him (I'm thinking hes a college student, or somewhere around that age...), and he sort of grudgingly agrees.

Yes, they will have names. If the girl does not give the boy one to call her, than the boy will make one up for her. (haha, melon...) So, the filler is the few weeks they spend together until the officers get an orphanage to accept her, and do all that paperwork, etc.

So, my dilemma...I want the guy to fall in love. The thing is, the only people he can fall in love with are the little girl (option 1), or a random girl that helps him throughout the story (option 2).

Option 1: This option has to do with some type of magic, or physiological stuff. if he falls in love with the little girl, that would be about a 10 year age difference, and he would also be branded a pedophile. So, to avoid that, I would make it that the girl is actually just the wandering soul of a person (originally I thought it would be some (option 1.1) far off princess, but I don't really want this to be a fantasy mumbo jumbo, since it just doesn't fit, so it could just be a (option 1.2) girl his age, maybe in a coma?). He would fall in love with her because she is surprisingly mature for a 10 year old, and he would free the girl from her coma, and they live happily ever after.

Option 2: I was actually considering this one more, but then I came up with the more realistic (option 1.2) version of option 1, so now this seems kinda lame. So, in this one, this guy would meet another girl that helps him take care of the little girl, and he falls in love, etc, etc. then, turns out that the little girl has a family, and when she sees them again, she remembers everything, and yay, happy ending, the older girl and guy go visit her sometimes. LAME. She is the wandering soul of a girl in a coma. There. I've actually read a manga like that. It was an interesting idea, though I forgot what actually happened...in that, the guy in the coma was manifested as a ghost boy who wasn't able to pass on because his living self hadn't actually died yet. I think they did something like getting the ghost boy to meet his real self, and they joined, remembered everything, and woke up. Happy ending.

That's all I have for now. This would be a novel, not a manga, maybe cuz I feel like fantasy must be associated with pics, and this isn't fantasy...in a way...

Happy good Friday!! And happy early Easter, and if you know what this is, English STAAR testing!! Bleh...:43

This is a case, this is a latch. Open the latch, and you have an instrument.
This is a stand, here is some sheet music.
This is a mouthpiece.
These are lips, a chin, arms, hands, and fingers--this is a musician.
And this is music.

The end. I may make it sound more dramatic.

You know what would be an interesting power for a story?
When, instead of just sensing emotions, a person "feels" the "vibrations" of the emotions when someone is speaking.
Say, for example, someone tells the person "go". The person would hear that, and in their mind, the word "go" will keep echoing, each time changing, depending on the emotion of the speaker. So, if the speaker was angry when they said "go", the person with the power may "hear" the word "go" getting louder, and angrier sounding. If the speaker had been sad, then the word "go" would get softer, and sadder.
It's a great way to limit the power of being able to sense emotions, if you don't want it to be too OP (over-powered)

It's kind freaky when you think that you made an awesome name, but it turns out that it already exists. Of course, it exists on the other side of the ocean, so I didn't know about it, but still...
Kylian...sigh...
